Age Requirement: 

Guests must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID to check in.

Check-In/Out: Check-in begins at 12:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.

Reserve Now, Pay Later: 

For your convenience, we offer "Reserve Now, Pay Later" on most bookings.

Payment is collected upon arrival.

Cancellation Window: 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. Late cancellations or "no-shows" are subject to a charge of one night’s stay plus tax.

Smoke-Free Environment: 

To preserve the quality of our newly remodeled suites, all indoor spaces at Lake Lawn Inn are 100% smoke-free. This includes tobacco, vaping, and cannabis. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any violation of this policy.

Pet Policy: 

We offer select pet-friendly accommodations. Contact the Inn office for details.

Guest Conduct & Event Policy

To ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all our guests, the Lake Lawn Inn strictly enforces the following conduct policies. By booking a stay, you agree to adhere to these standards:

No In-Room Parties or Large Gatherings

Occupancy Limits:

Guest rooms are intended for the quiet enjoyment of registered guests only. The number of people in a suite must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your room description (e.g., 2 guests for the Couple's Retreat, 7 for the Cabin Suite).

Noise & Disturbance: 

Any gathering that results in excessive noise, complaints from other guests, or property damage will be considered a "party."

Consequences:

In-room parties are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund and a minimum $500 restoration fee.

Property Use: 

Use of our manicured grounds, pond area, or common spaces for organized events (such as weddings, reunions, or professional photo shoots) must be coordinated and approved by management in advance.

Event Space: 

If you are interested in hosting a gathering, please contact us regarding our dedicated on-site event space. Spontaneous or unscheduled events in guest room wings or parking areas are not permitted.

Illegal Activities

Lake Lawn Inn maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal activities.

This includes, but is not limited to: The use, sale, or possession of illegal drugs.

Underage drinking. Prostitution or human trafficking. 

Possession of unregistered firearms or explosives.

Law Enforcement: 

Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to local law enforcement immediately. Registered guests are legally responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors in their suite.

Damage and Liability

Registered guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, or property caused by themselves or their visitors. This includes specialized deep-cleaning fees required due to unauthorized gatherings or prohibited activities.

Lake Lawn Inn is committed to making our property and digital presence accessible to everyone.

Property Access: 

Most guest rooms are located on the ground floor with no stairs required for entry.

While we strive for accuracy, Lake Lawn Inn is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions regarding rates or amenities. Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate property policies without a refund.
